Where do the leads come from?
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram and publish trip forms on our website. Travellers fill in destination, days, members, budget and phone number. Each enquiry reaches your dashboard within seconds.
What is a token?
1 token = ₹1. You recharge your wallet with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and spend tokens only on leads you choose to unlock.
Why does the price of a lead drop?
The first agent pays the Hot price. The lead then turns orange and the next agent gets it at the cutting price. After the bulk window, older leads move to Bulk at a very low price.
Can I get a lead only for myself?
Yes. While a lead is still Hot you can buy it as Exclusive — it is removed for every other agent.
What if the number is wrong?
Report it from My Leads within the report window. After a quick check, the tokens go back to your wallet. A customer who is simply not interested is not refundable.
Will I get alerts on my phone?
Yes. Keep the Leadswala app or page open and every new lead pops up with a sound. You can turn alerts off anytime from the bell icon, and set destinations and minimum budget so you only get leads you want.
