Travellers
- Email leadswalakiwtech@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Mention the mobile number you used in the enquiry form or Facebook/Instagram form.
- We delete your enquiry within 30 days and ask agents who purchased it to stop contacting you and delete it.
Travel agents
- Email us from your registered email address, or use the contact form.
- Your account and profile are deleted within 30 days. Payment and tax records are kept as required by law.
Facebook / Instagram lead forms
If you submitted your details through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the same process applies. You can also remove app permissions from your Facebook settings.
