These terms govern the use of https://leadswala.kiwtech.in and the Leadswala app, operated by Arshit Traders (GSTIN 07BUDPS8342F1ZF), 76, Masjid Moth, South Extension Part 2, New Delhi – 110049. By creating an account or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Leadswala collects travel enquiries from travellers and makes them available to registered travel agents ("Agents") for a fee in tokens. We do not sell travel packages and are not a party to any booking between a traveller and an Agent.
2. Agent accounts
- Agents must be 18+ and running a genuine travel business. Information given at signup must be true.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
- We may approve, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Tokens and wallet
- 1 token = ₹1. Tokens are bought through our payment partner Razorpay and credited on successful payment.
- Tokens can be used only to buy leads on Leadswala. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged, except as described in the refund policy.
- Promotional tokens (welcome bonus, plan bonus) have no cash value.
4. Lead pricing
- A lead's price depends on its stage — Hot, Cutting, Bulk or Exclusive — as shown on the lead card at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time; the price shown before you confirm is the price you pay.
- Non-exclusive leads may be sold to more than one Agent, as explained on the pricing page. Exclusive leads are sold to one Agent only.
- Leads are sold as enquiries. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a booking.
5. Monthly plan
If a monthly plan is offered or required, it gives access for the stated number of days from activation. Plan fees are non-refundable once the plan is active.
6. Acceptable use
- Use traveller data only to offer travel services for that enquiry.
- Do not resell, publish or share leads outside your agency; do not spam or harass travellers.
- Stop contacting a traveller who asks you to stop.
- Do not try to bypass masking, scrape the platform, or create multiple accounts to misuse bonuses.
Breach may lead to suspension without refund of unused tokens and, where relevant, legal action.
7. Travellers
By submitting an enquiry, travellers agree to be contacted by registered Agents about their trip. Any booking, payment, cancellation or service issue is between the traveller and the Agent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the tokens spent on the lead in question. We are not liable for loss of business, profit or bookings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
