For travel agents
Leadswala is a live marketplace of travel enquiries. We run the ads, you close the bookings.
Sign up
Create an agent account with your agency details. You receive welcome tokens to try the platform.
Set your preferences
Choose destinations and minimum budget. Alerts come only for matching leads.
Claim leads
Browse live leads or claim straight from the pop-up. Tokens are deducted and the contact unlocks.
Track your bookings
Mark each lead as contacted, booked or lost and see your cost per booking.
How a lead moves through the system
Prices are set by our team and can change. Your dashboard always shows the current price before you pay.
Hot lead
The first agent pays the full price and calls the traveller before anyone else.
Cutting lead
The card turns orange and the price drops for the next agent, up to 2 agents in total.
Bulk lead
Older enquiries become very cheap. Good for follow-up calling and remarketing lists.
Rules that keep it fair
- A lead is shown with the traveller's name and number masked until you claim it.
- Two agents can never pay for the same slot — the system locks each purchase instantly.
- An Exclusive purchase removes the lead for every other agent.
- After 2 agents buy a lead, it pauses until it moves to Bulk after 24 hours.
- Wrong or non-existent numbers can be reported within 2 hours of purchase for a token refund.
For travellers
Fill the trip form with your destination and budget. With your consent, your enquiry is shared with a small number of registered travel agents, who call you with packages. You compare and choose — there is no charge to you.
